Michigan Endodontics

Michigan Endodontics provides exceptional care in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. The entire team is friendly, compassionate, and works hard to make every patient feel comfortable throughout their visit. They clearly explain each step of the procedure and take the time to answer any questions, helping patients feel at ease. I especially recommend Catherine Pokropek, who is kind, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care. She made the experience much less stressful with her professionalism and compassion. If you're visiting Michigan Endodontics, she's someone I would highly recommend to anyone. Overall, it's an excellent place for high-quality endodontic care with a team that genuinely cares about its patients.😊

I took my dad here for some teeth to be looked at. With the construction going on it's kinda hard to get to if you have to turn around because 13 mile east is closed so I had to go threw the neighborhood to get back to it. We were a few minutes late but they were very kind and understanding. The office waiting room is very clean and comfortable. There are plants all over the office. The front staff are very friendly and helpful. Always ready to help with questions and concerns. The Dr is very friendly and explains everything before he does it. The assistant was also friendly and very helpful. The process was smooth and went as fast as possible while doing a great job. This is the second time he has been here and we would definitely be back for two more teeth and any other needs he may have.

AMAZING!!! The staff is very friendly. I went in they took an x-ray and the same day they did my root canal. I was terrified from bad experiences in the past at a different place but doctor Hafsa Affendi and her amazing assistant reassured me that they would numb me enough i wouldn't feel anything, And let me tell you I felt nothing, no pain, none of my normal anxiety they took such good care of me i'd recommend this place to everyone.

"I had a root canal recently, what an absolutely wonderful experience" said no one ever. But if you unfortunately have to have a root canal, there is no better place than Michigan Endodontics as far as I am concerned. I have had several root canals over the years (ugh!), and my most recent one performed by Dr. DeConinck was by far the best experience of all. Dr. DeConinck explained the entire procedure in detail beforehand, then kept me informed as to exactly what he was doing step-by-step throughout the procedure. His support staff was equally amazing, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. And perhaps best of all, absolutely no pain whatsoever. My procedure required two visits, and I received a follow-up call the following day each time to check in as to how I was doing. Kudos to the front desk staff as well. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Despite all of the positive feedback I have provided, I hope no offense is taken when I state that I would hope to never have to set foot in their office again. However in the unfortunate event that I ever do need a root canal in the future, our paths will definitely cross once again.

Today was my first visit there, I am a very nervous patient, the staff and Dr Derik were truly AMAZING!!! I really appreciated the call before my appointment so I would know what to expect financially and they make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. No one looks forward to a root canal but Dr Derik and his staff made my experience a lot more pleasant and I am really grateful for that. I know that I need another one and will go back for my next one when I am ready and definitely recommend to anyone that needs to have one.
